Amy hails from the first state, the small wonder, Delaware and spent her 20s and 30s between the tropical climates of Florida and the Big Island of Hawaii. After a career in outdoor education and wilderness therapy, she and her wife began investing in real estate in 2019 and she made the move to become a Realtor. In 2024, in search of new adventures, they found Morganton and a 115 year old farm house to renovate with enough space for their chickens, goats, and two Great Pyrenees. Excited to now call Morganton home, Amy is learning all things Lake James life with the help of her amazing broker Polly Leadbetter. Her license remains active in Florida and she is happy to assist with any recommendations or referrals in the central east coast of FL.
